End User License Agreement (EULA)

for Fields of Dreams LLC

Effective Date: 04/15/2026

 

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Fields of Dreams (“Company”) governing your use of our website and mobile application.

 

1. License Grant:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

2. Restrictions:

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

3. User Accounts:

You are responsible for:

  •  Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  •  All activity under your account

4. Intellectual Property:

All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Fields of Dreams or its licensors and are protected by law.

 

5. Termination:

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fields of Dreams shall not be liable for:

  •  Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  •  Loss of data or profits

8. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fields of Dreams from claims arising from your use of the app.

 

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

10. Changes to Agreement:

We may update this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
